Jonathan joins Nujuma with a proven record of excellence across leading Ritz-Carlton properties internationally. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Astana, leading culinary operations across multiple dining concepts and large-scale banqueting. He previously held the role of Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Amman, supporting a diverse portfolio of restaurants, lounges, and events.

With a strong foundation in pastry artistry, Jonathan also spent five years as Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, overseeing pastry programs across numerous venues and high-profile event operations. Earlier in his career, he held senior culinary roles at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and began his Ritz-Carlton journey with The Ritz-Carlton Powerscourt.
