احتفت لوريال باريس، العلامة التجارية الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الجمال، بتمكين المرأة وإنجازاتها خلال أمسيةٍ استثنائية أُقيمت في 13 يونيو بمتحف روبير معوض الخاص في بيروت، حيث كرّمت أربع سيدات لبنانيات يكسرن الحواجز ويُلهِمنَ الأجيال القادمة. وجاءت هذه الأمسية، التي حملت عنوان “Women of Worth”، لتُسلّط الضوء على مساهماتهنّ الاستثنائية وعزيمتهنّ التي لا تلين.
تمّ اختيار هؤلاء القائدات الاستثنائيات لمساهماتهن البارزة في مجتمعاتهن ومجالاتهن، وهنّ يمثلن منارة أمل وإلهام. إنّهنّ أمثلة ساطعة للنجاح في مجالات الهندسة وريادة الأعمال والإعلان والصحافة والإعلام.
- السيدة ندى أبي صالح، رئيسة ليو بورنيت بيروت – مجموعة بابليسيس (مجال الإعلان ): قائدة تملك رؤية ساهمت في إعادة تعريف مشهد التواصل، وتسخير قوته لتحقيق التأثير الاجتماعي وتغيير السياسات.
- السيدة لين طحيني، إعلامية ، (مجال الصحافة):صاحبة صوت قوي في الإعلام والثقافة، لعبت السيدة طحيني دورًا فعالًا في الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة وتعزيز قصصها من خلال عملها الاعلامي المؤثر.
- السيدة يسر صبرا، الرئيسة التنفيذية لشركة Wakilni (مجال ريادة الأعمال): لقد أحدثت السيدة صبرا، وهي مبدعة حقيقية، ثورة في عالم الأعمال من خلال منصة Wakilni، منصة لوجستية قائمة على التكنولوجيا تمكّن شركات التجارة الإلكترونية من الازدهار.
- السيدة رين متلج، المديرة العامة للعمليات في شركة Biowaste (مجال الهندسة): حائزة على جائزة Forbes 30 Under 30 في الشرق الأوسط لعام 2023، تُعدّ السّيّدة متلج رائدة في حلول الأعمال المستدامة بصفتها الرئيسة التنفيذية للعمليات في Biowaste، وهي شركة رياديّة ناشئة تركز على الطاقة المتجددة.

وقالت السيدة إميلي وهاب حرب، المديرة العامة لشركة لوريال في لبنان: “في لوريال باريس، نؤمن بأن لكل امرأة قصة ترويها، وحلمًا تسعى لتحقيقه، وإمكانات لإحداث فرق”. “تجسد هؤلاء النساء الأربع المتميزات هذا الإيمان، فقد اتّسمت رحلاتهنّ بالمرونة والابتكار والالتزام الثابت بشغفهن. من خلال برنامج “Women of Worth“ نسعى لتسليط الضوء على إنجازاتهن ونساهم في تعزيزأصواتهن، وإلهام النساء الأخريات لتحقيق أحلامهن الخاصة”.
