أعلنت الأمانة العامة للمجلس القضائي في إمارة دبي عن تعاون استراتيجي مع مركز البيانات للحلول المتكاملة “مورو”، الشركة التابعة لـ “ديوا الرقمية”، الذراع الرقمي لهيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي.

جاء ذلك خلال توقيع اتفاقية الشراكة من قبل سعادة الأستاذ الدكتور سيف غانم السويدي، الأمين العام للمجلس القضائي، والمهندس مروان سالم بن حيدر، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة للقطاع الرقمي والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة ديوا الرقمية على هامش معرض “جيتكس جلوبال 2023“، الذي يقام خلال الفترة من 16 إلى 20 أكتوبر الجاري في مركز دبي التجاري العالمي.

وفي تعليقه على هذا التعاون، قال سعادة الأستاذ الدكتور سيف غانم السويدي “تأتي الشراكة مع شركة ” مورو” تماشياً مع توجيهات سيدي سمو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم النائب الأول لحاكم دبي نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير المالية رئيس المجلس القضائي “حفظه الله” نحو تعزيز الخدمات الرقمية للمجلس القضائي في الإمارة، وفتح نوافذ تقنية بين المجلس وأعضاء السلطة القضائية والجمهور وكافة الجهات المعنية، ايماناً من سموه بأهمية تعريف جميع فئات المجتمع بدور المجلس الإشرافي على شؤون السلطة القضائية في الإمارة”، وقد أكد سعادته على أن هذه الشراكة هي جزء من توجهات تطويرية تهدف إلى تعزيز العمل القضائي في الإمارة بما يتوافق مع رؤية سيدي صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي ” رعاه الله” نحو تطوير العمل القضائي في الإمارة وتحديثه وفق أعلى المعايير الدولية.

بدوره قال المهندس مروان سالم بن حيدر، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة للقطاع الرقمي والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة ديوا الرقمية: “إن شركة “مورو” ملتزمة بدعم المؤسسات في رحلتها نحو التحوّل الرقمي، وهذا التعاون مع الأمانة العامة للمجلس القضائي يعكس الالتزام الثابت لدينا لهذه المهمة. ونحن حريصون على مشاركة خبرتنا ومواردنا مع الأمانة العامة للمجلس القضائي لإنشاء منصة على الإنترنت حديثة وآمنة تتماشى بشكل مثالي مع رؤية المجلس القضائي في إمارة دبي ورسالته وأهدافه، ومن خلال استخدام خدمات السحابة وحلول تطوير الويب لدينا”.

وبموجب هذه الشراكة ستعمل فرق تطوير الويب المتخصصة في شركة “مورو” بشكل وثيق مع الأمانة العامة للمجلس القضائي لتصميم وتطوير موقع إلكتروني سهل الاستخدام قادر على تزويد المستخدمين بمعلومات كافية عن أعمال المجلس القضائي في الإمارة والتطورات المستحدثة لأعمال السلطة القضائية، كما سيعمل الموقع على إنشاء نافذة لتقديم خدمات سريعة لأعضاء السلطة القضائية والأمانة العامة للمجلس القضائي.

وستتولى شركة ” مورو” بموجب هذه الشراكة توفير البيئة السحابية اللازمة لاستضافة الموقع الإلكتروني للمجلس القضائي، موفرةً بذلك خدمات الأمن والحماية والإدارة اللازمة لضمان استمرارية العمل والأداء الفعّال للموقع في جميع الأوقات، كما ستوفر الشركة أيضاً بموجب الشراكة بيئة آمنة لتخزين البيانات وإدارتها بكفاءة.

General Secretariat of the Judicial Council of the Emirate of Dubai and Moro Hub Sign a partnership agreement to Enhance their Digital Cooperation

The General Secretariat of the Judicial Council of the Emirate of Dubai (GSJC) announced a strategic collaboration with Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority.

This was announced during the signing of the partnership agreement by H.E Professor Dr. Saif Ghanim Al-Suwaidi, General Secretary of the Judicial Council and Eng. Marwan Bin Haider, Vice Chairman – Digital & Group CEO of Digital DEWA on the sidelines of GITEX Global 2023, that takes place from 16th to 20th October at Dubai World Trade Centre.

In his comment on this collaboration, H.E Professor Dr. Saif Ghanim Al-Suwaidi said, “The partnership with Moro Hub aligns with the directives of HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Judicial Council, towards enhancing digital services for the Judicial Council in the Emirate of Dubai and activating  technological interfaces between the Council, members of the judiciary, the public, and all relevant authorities as part of His Highness’ emphasis on the importance of acquainting all segments of society with the supervisory role of the Council over judicial matters in the Emirate.”

H.E Al-Suwaidi emphasized that this partnership is part of developmental initiatives aimed at enhancing the judicial work in the Emirate of Dubai in line with the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai to develop and modernize judicial work in the Emirate in accordance with the highest international standards.

On his part, Eng. Marwan Bin Haider, Vice Chairman – Digital & Group CEO of Digital DEWA said: “Moro Hub is committed to supporting institutions in their digital transformation journey, and this collaboration with the General Secretariat of the Judicial Council reflects our steadfast commitment to this mission. Via this partnership, Moro’s specialized web development teams will closely collaborate with the General Secretariat of the Judicial Council to design and develop a user-friendly website capable of providing customers with comprehensive information about the Judicial Council’s activities in the Emirate and the latest developments in judicial affairs. Additionally, the website will establish a platform for delivering swift services to members of the judiciary and the General Secretariat of the Judicial Council.

As part of this partnership, Moro will be responsible for providing the necessary cloud environment to host the Judicial Council’s website, offering security, protection, and management services to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the website at all times. The company will also provide a secure environment for efficient data storage and management as part of this partnership.
