Today, the GUERLAIN Bee is continuing its odyssey through the gardens of the world towards new fragrant splendours and opening a new chapter for AQUA ALLEGORIA, with a range of Eaux de Parfum that reveal the beauty of Nature more intensely than ever: AQUA ALLEGORIA FORTE.

Delphine Jelk, GUERLAIN Perfumer, has revisited two of the most iconic AQUA ALLEGORIA in the collection: Mandarine Basilic and Rosa Rossa, increasing their volume and intensity, just like the temperature rises at the end of a hot summer day.

Mandarine Basilic Forte: to give body to this fruit imbued with heat and light, Delphine Jelk has chosen a superb organic Italian mandarin essence. A tangy dash of blackcurrant accentuates the juicy side of this delicious flesh. In contrast, crushed basil leaves with a subtle aniseed scent further heighten the fruit’s golden tones.

Rossa Rossa Forte: A subtle blend of rose essence and absolute recreates this “sunburnt” rose that is redder than ever. First of all, fine and fresh Bulgarian rose essence – the House’s signature rose – reveals its almond-toned facets. Then, warmer,more honeyed Grasse rose absolute, along with a singular quality of rose obtained by extracting Damask rose petals from distillation, unfolds. This upcycling* process, which is an integral part of the Aqua Allegoria philosophy, allows new fragrant components to be recovered from rose, particularly its fruity peach facets. A piquant touch of pink pepper representsthe flower’s thorns, while a dash of blackcurrant brings a flush to the cheeks.

Launching on July 1^st and exclusively available in Sephora until October, available at all doors from November.
